Terms & Conditions of Use

Introduction

The subsequent Terms and Conditions govern all access, purchase, and deployment of the Revenue Safety Nets platform (revenuesafetynet.com, revenuesafetynets.com, and link.revenuesafetynet.com), individual Smart Tap Tech hardware products, automated voice configurations, and proprietary software utilities. By accessing or purchasing from Revenue Safety Nets or Revenue Recovery System LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you may not use our services or products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Revenue Recovery System LLC, owned 100% by Jayden Andrews, and has been given exclusive licensing rights to market, distribute and sell Jeremy's Intellectual Property (methodology and everything contained within the ecosystem of the 'Instant Tap Pro' and 'Smart Tap Technology'), located at 1414 7th Ave N, Grand Forks, ND 58203 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of revenuesafetynet.com, revenuesafetynets.com, and link.revenuesafetynet.com and all related media, channels, software, hardware, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Intellectual Property and Commercial Limitations

All core code arrays, custom workflow logic, conditional trigger sequences, conversational voice synthesis prompts, database ingestion schemas, graphic media layouts, landing page designs, website architectures, and automation blueprints represent the exclusive, protected intellectual property of Jeremy Pagel, licensed dynamically to the parent entity, Revenue Recovery System LLC., owned 100% by Jayden Andrews, and has been given exclusive licensing rights to market, distribute and sell Jeremy's Intellectual Property (methodology and everything contained within the ecosystem of the 'Instant Tap Pro' and 'Smart Tap Technology').

The purchase of any physical hardware device — including the Instant Tap Pro™, Service Tags, and Review Accelerators — or the initiation of any monthly maintenance fee grants the end-user a restricted, non-transferable, revocable Commercial Usage License only. Clients are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, replicating, copying, or redistributing our internal automation paths, tech configurations, voice prompt scripts, or proprietary branding arrays.

The term "Phygital" and the concept of bridging the physical and digital world through Smart Tap Technology is an original terminology coined by Jeremy Pagel and is proprietary to Revenue Recovery System LLC. Any use of the term "Phygital" in the context of smart tap, proximity, or physical-to-digital bridging technology without express written consent from Revenue Recovery System LLC constitutes infringement of our intellectual property.

2. Pricing Parameters & Hardware Unit Fees

Every card, sticker, keychain, or counter stand represents an individual physical unit subject to a standalone, one-time hardware setup fee:

• $99.00 per Instant Tap Pro™ card (one-time)
• $49.00 per Google Review Booster card (one-time)
• $4.99/month per device — Dynamic cloud routing subscription required to maintain server link stability

Bulk order pricing adjustments are never guaranteed and are executed exclusively at the corporate discretion of Revenue Recovery System LLC. Bulk inquiries must be initiated via a scheduled consultation.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All hardware purchases, custom software builds, AI voice system deployments, and digital marketing setups are NON-REFUNDABLE. Monthly upkeep subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle; no prorated refunds are issued for the current period.

3. TCPA & Carrier Compliance Responsibilities

Clients deploying our database reactivation systems, automated messaging engines, or Voice AI configurations assume 100% individual legal liability for maintaining full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state-level data collection policies, and strict carrier 10DLC registration mandates. Revenue Recovery System LLC assumes zero liability for consumer databases uploaded by clients into our operational environments. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revenue Recovery System LLC from any and all claims arising from your use of our communication systems.

4. Subscription Cancellation & Property Deactivation

All physical Smart Tap Tech devices remain the property of Revenue Safety Nets and function as leased corporate hardware assets under a monthly maintenance subscription model. In the event of subscription cancellation or non-payment, the Company reserves the absolute right to instantly deactivate all routing links remotely on our cloud servers, rendering the physical hardware inoperable.

Following cancellation, all physical hardware units must be returned to our operations center within fifteen (15) business days. Failure to return hardware may result in additional recovery charges at our discretion.

5. Liability Limitations

Our physical-to-digital products, voice paths, and directory app containers function strictly as operational business utilities designed to capture missed communication lines. The Company provides zero explicit or implied guarantees regarding specific monthly financial outcomes.

Furthermore, the Company assumes zero physical or property liability associated with the mounting, structural attachment, or localized placement of physical hardware tokens or counter stands at a client's place of business. All placements are the sole responsibility of the business owner or their authorized representative.

6. Purchases and Payment

We accept payments via major credit cards and approved digital payment methods. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. A valid payment card must remain on file for any ongoing subscription services.

Custom builds, software deployments, and marketing campaigns require a signed project agreement prior to commencement. All project scopes and timelines are defined in individual service agreements.

7. Shipping

Physical products are custom-programmed to your destination URL and ship within 3 business days of purchase. Allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. We deliver to Grand Forks, ND local businesses and ship nationwide. Name, email, address, and URL are collected for fulfillment only and are never sold or shared.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of North Dakota. Revenue Recovery System LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of North Dakota shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
